How do you offer such low prices?
The answer is simple -- we make less profit, we are vertically
integrated to avoid excess costs, we don't spend a lot on
advertising, and after 3 decades in the business we have mastered
the manufacturing processes and pass the savings along to
our customers.
How long does it take finish my order?
5-7 days for bulk CD/DVD Replication orders and 7-9 days for
CD/DVD Packaged Orders. We offer RUSH turn arounds as well.

Do you do rush orders?
Yes, we do. We can finish your bulk CD/DVD Replication orders
in as few as 24 hours and your CD/DVD Packaged Orders in as
little as 3 days provided we get your artwork approved ahead
of time.
What does CMYK mean?
CMYK stands for Cyan (Blue), Magenta (Red), Yellow(Y), and
Black(K). In other words the four color (full color) printing
process used for offset printing of CD/DVD on disc artwork
and CD/DVD paper inserts. Most people design their artwork
in Photoshop in RGB format. You can easily convert your artwork
to CMYK from RGB by doing this in Photoshop: Image > Mode
> CMYK Color
Where is my order being done?
We do all our work in southern California in the city of Rancho
Cucamonga/Ontario. Our facility is literally minutes aways
from the UPS and FedEx regional shipping hubs -- this part
of the reason we get things done fast and delivered to you
in such a timely manner.
How do I place an order?
The ordering process is quick, easy and secure. Add whatever
you want to order to your shopping cart, checkout, pay, and
send us your artwork and master. Just make sure your artwork
and master(s) are clearly labeled with your order ID number.
Remember to fill out the IPR
form. By the way, we don't replicate mix CDs -- so don't

Why is your website so simple and
easy to use?
We follow the same design principle that the likes of Google
and others adhere to -- less is more. Our golden rule is:
"simplicity is better". You and many of our other
loyal customers will agree that the clean, uncluttered design
is easy on the eyes and even easier on the brain. We know
your time in precious. So we laid everything out in an organized
and simple fashion so you can save both time and money....
and perhaps a bit of your sanity, too!
What if you guys mess up my order?
In the very rare event that we make a mistake, (whether it
be the artwork, inserts, or actual replications) we will fix
it at absolutely no cost to you in the quickest way possible.
We always go above and beyond if we make a mistake. Like you,
we are human -- though many have postulated that we are computers
because of our efficiency and inhuman levels of perfection.
Not to toot our own horn, but we are better than most. We
have systems, technology, and people in place that help avoid
any mishaps. |
